Shopping online

To shop in our store, simply select the item you wish to purchase, the desired quantity, color and size (if available for the item you have chosen) and click “ADD TO CART“. When you have completed your selection of products, click the “View Cart” button. Please note that you can change the content or edit the quantity of items in your shopping cart. Next, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button. Fill out the order form. Carefully check the address that you specified in the “Billing details” form and other data, your order will be sent to this address. If you would like to receive your order at a different address then fill out the “Ship to a different address” form. Choose a shipping method. The order will not be processed until you click “PLACE ORDER“. Once an order has been processed, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of placing an order, please contact us via email for assistance. You can track your order using your tracking number provided in your delivery confirmation email.

Cost of goods

The cost of goods in our store does not include shipping and taxes. When placing an order, the final cost of your order is shown, including shipping and taxes.

Order payment

You can pay for your order using a PayPal, Visa, MasterCard debit or credit card.

Please note that we do not collect or share payer or credit card information with third parties. Your purchases in our store are safe.

Refunds

In case of problems with the order, described in the “Refund and Returns Policy“, we will issue a refund.

Refunds are made to the card with which the transaction was made. We do not refund money to third-party cards that did not participate in the transaction.
